8 Years

It’s been 8 years since this beautiful little human came into my life. I feel like she was just born 2 seconds ago! I still haven’t forgotten the miserable labor pains!

This past year Aria really stretched out in more ways than just physically. She decided to try her hand at sports and she’s killin’ it! She makes friends so easily and makes her presence felt in the best ways. I look at Aria every day and can’t help but feel so proud of her. She’s so much smarter and confident than I was at her age.

Even with all the things happening in the world around her, I’m glad Aria still bounces to the beat of her own drum. She has the greatest sense of curiosity. With so many kids being urged to be sassy and make it all about the ‘tude, I love that Aria has held on to being a little girl. I know it won’t last much longer, but I’m holding on as long as possible to my baby girl.
