Be Louder, Shine Brighter

The last couple of months of 2024 were a challenge for me on the personal front. I was hit hard. So much that it forced me to take some extreme action – I took my tail back to counseling.

Anyways, throughout those two months, I had time to find some things that have been suppressed for much too long and needed to be addressed.

I came to terms with the fact that I have spent my life waiting for approval and permission. I’ve made myself so small to fit into someone else’s idea of what I should be because God forbid – ¿Que va decir la gente?

At the end of November I decided no more fitting in or making myself small anymore. My new promise to myself – Be Louder, Shine Brighter.

January has already started to throw challenges at me. I have no other choice than to get myself ready for battle. And there is no backing down. Whoever can’t take me, can f**king choke on it.
