Sorry! I’ve been absent for 2 months from around here! Totally not intentional. The Alexanders have way too much going on lately. Lots of things are not going well at our house. It seems like when one thing finally goes right, ten other things go wrong. We’re not backing down, but it just sucks.
Anyways, on to better things! Miss Aria wrapped up another year of basketball. She’s been with this team for three years and they have all grown so much! They only lost three games this season. This team will be moving up together to the fifth grade level in the Fall. I’m excited for what’s to come with this group!
Tomorrow I’ll wrap up the 4th course of my grad school program. (I’m actually done with my homework, but I have to rate other people who haven’t turned in their work yet.) I’m happy to report this semester has not been as torturous as the last few. This class required a group project that knocked my perfect score down by a point and a half, but I’m still walking away with an “A.” Therefore, I still have my 4.0 GPA, and I’m 40% done with my program! And to celebrate, tomorrow night I am taking myself to see one of my bucket list bands – BREAKING BENJAMIN!!! I’m sure I’ll tell you all about it later. 😉
So yeah, it’s been a bit too much at moments, but my people and I have each other. We’re still going even when we’re only running on fumes. Just because the world sucks right now, doesn’t mean we have to.
