This past Tuesday I turned 43 years old, y’all! And it was the BEST DAY EVER! For starters, we got to have a snow day around here. That meant I got to take it easy and hang out with my little familia all day! Aria woke up way too early because she was excited to give me my birthday card. It was sweet! She and Vince also gave me a BTS box set. They know I’m a total stan!

I also got so many texts, calls, and messages wishing me a happy birthday. I was seriously feeling all the love!

In the afternoon, we braved the cold and snowflakes that were still falling, and we went outside to play in the snow. Vince and Aria opted for a snowball fight. While they battled, I started working on a snowman.

Whew, 43! What can I say? I’m surprised and grateful to still be kickin’. It sucks to continually add another step to my morning routine to hide aging imperfections. Maybe at some point I’ll be able to afford a Mommy Makeover. Until then, I’m happy to still be around to enjoy my people and all the shenanigans we get into!
