Mr. Alexander is currently injured. A few weeks ago he sprained an ankle. Since he’s out of commission, his yard work has been put on hold. So this morning Aria and I got up early to help him out. I mowed and Aria helped rake, while Vince supervised.
When we went out to the alley to throw out the trash, Aria found a big rock she found interesting.
After we got back inside, I heard the water in Aria’s bathroom sink going full blast. I peeked in and asked her what she was doing? She said she was washing the big rock so she could study it. I smiled and left her to it.
I admire her curiosity and fearlessness to learn new things.
Yesterday, Aria’s Fall basketball season started with her team’s first practice. All her team did so good! We’re all excited to see them rock it this season!
